The National Suicide Prevention Hotline is a free and confidential service for those who are seeking help when they feel like there is nowhere to turn. You can dial 1-800-273-TALK (8255)  toll-free from anywhere in the United States 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Trained crisis center staff are available to listen to your needs and offer:

  • Crisis counseling
  • Suicide intervention
  • Mental health referral information

You are not alone. We are here to listen and to help you find your way back to a happier, healthier life.
