West Palm Beach VA to Offer Valet Parking

November 8, 2017

West Palm Beach, Fla. – The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center will soon offer complimentary valet parking to all Veterans who are visiting the medical center for their appointments. The service is slated to begin on Monday, November 13, 2017. The existing parking lot located on the upper parking deck adjacent to Emergency Department and the main East Entrance of the medical center will be converted into a valet lot. This latest move is just one way the West Palm Beach VA is working to ensure Veterans receive the highest level of customer service possible during their visits.

“We want every Veteran coming to the medical center to experience world-class customer service”, said Donna Katen-Bahensky, director of the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center. Associate Director Dr. Himanshu Singh added, “By offering Veterans the added convenience of this valet parking service we can cut down on the time it takes for them to get to and from their appointments. Our goal is to make their visits go as smoothly as possible.”

The new valet parking service will be provided by The Congaree Group, LLC., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business based out of Columbia, SC. Veterans who need handicapped accessible self-parking may use the lot located near the West entrance and the Chapel on the upper deck. Veterans who wish to self-park and do not need handicapped accessible spaces may use other lots on the grounds of the facility.
