Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH)

PCBH is a team of mental and behavioral health experts who coordinates with the rest of your Patient Aligned Care Team, or PACT, to deliver the best possible care.
WHO is PCBH for?
Any Veteran in primary care who would like assistance with improving overall health and well-being in order to live a more fulfilled life. In the most general sense, PCBH can help you better manage your health, mood, life stressors, and relationships and increase your overall engagement in life.
